both me and my sister won runners up prizes in a Ministry of Paintball competition.

today was a good last day. if it is my last day. no one seems to have received a confirmation for the workshop yet.

anyway, in art ms hampton told me that my drawing skills were 'out of this world'. whether that was a very very nice compliment or completely on the other end of the scale is debatable. but with luck, it was the former, and i am very pleased with that. unfortunately, my painting skills are nonexistant, but i hope to work on that. i'm still really upset about ms hampton leaving, shes been my only good art teacher so far, so it'll be interesting what its like next year.

yesterday, me and holly decided that since she'd taught us for 4 years, and we were her devoted slaves/string orchestra, we should get ms striesow a present. so i went over to holly's house and we made some brownies, which might i say were absolutely delicious.

bryony: ...hypothetically, how many brownies does ms striesow need?

we gave it to her at break, hopefully she didnt notice that there were only 3 corners on the cake. but she was really pleased and gave us a hug. so yay.
